Vitamin B8 refers to a group of vitamins. Folic acid) and vitamin B12 (cobalamin). Vitamin B plays a significant role in cell metabolism. In the early stages, scientists consider it to be an individual vitamin as we call it Vitamin A or Vitamin C.
