Dizziness is a general term used to describe quite a range of symptoms, from sensation to lightness to everything around a person spinning (vertigo). These are the most common reasons to visit a doctor. Depending on the expression, it can be caused by many factors. The most common types of vertigo can be caused by vertigo inner ear, migraines, meningeal disease (fluid formation in the inner ear), flying in an airplane, riding a roller-coaster, reading in a moving car, and reading from a moving car. Sometimes by some serious neurological problems, such as stroke or MS. Feelings of relief can be caused by a sudden drop in blood pressure (such as a sudden standing up), problems with the inside of the ear, anxiety disorder (panic attacks) or hyperventilation.

The best known natural remedy for common causes of dizziness is fresh ginger. Chinese sailors chewed to get dizzy thousands of years ago. You can cut it and drink it, or drink it as a tea. Ginger tea has stimulant properties, and can help prevent dizziness. Cinnamon and peppermint can also be helpful.

Drinking celery juice will not only relieve your dizziness, but will also help lower blood pressure.

Ginkgo biloba helps with dizziness problems, as it increases blood circulation inside the inner ear, corrects some ear problems.

Another good herb is fever. While improving blood circulation, it has not only been shown to help with migraines, it can also reduce inflammatory processes in your inner ear.

If dizziness is associated with panic, stress or discomfort, you need to try a preventative remedy (cherry plum, rock rose, empatins, clematis and Bethlehem flower treatment star-like mixture).

And then there’s the remedy that seems to cure it all, apple cider vinegar. Try to mix each teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and honey in a glass of warm or cold water. Take three times a day should help this annoying phenomenon quite significantly.

Another way to treat dizziness is to put the juice of one lemon or powder in half a glass of soda water and take a small sip.

Intestinal ear infections can be used very successfully with colloidal silver.

Sometimes, stopping stimulants such as coffee, cola and alcohol can also help fight dizziness, as it helps regulate blood pressure.

Yet another herbal remedy is a mixture of fenugreek and thyme. Although it is mostly used for respiratory and allergic problems, it is also quite effective in getting rid of dizziness.
