A recent study shows that intermittent fasting can prevent the development of type 2 diabetes and help with weight loss. The study also showed how quickly increases longevity, improves health, reduces neurological disorders and diseases.

Delay aging

There is also a study showing that fasting improves neurodegeneration, heart disease, cancer and diabetes in rodents. In humans, it improves rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, hypertension, obesity and delays aging.

How to do
